SHIPPING POLICY:

At Performance Race Parts number one priority is delivering to you, our valued customer, the highest quality products in a timely manner at the best prices. Orders received before 3:00p.m. (central time) are shipped the same day. Our shipping options are offered at check out including, ground, 3 day, 2nd and next day service. RETURN POLICY:

 When you need to return a product to Performance RaceParts please follow these instructions so we can serve you better.

1.       Email us at [email protected]

2.       Have your invoice number ready. You must have a copy of your original receipt to be able to return merchandise.

3.       Explain the problem and get a return authorization number.

4.       Ship item back prepaid and insured via UPS. (We will notify you of the address to return your item to)

5.       Be sure to enclose a note explaining your reason for the return along with the return authorization number and a daytime telephone number so we can contact you if we need to.

6.       Precise Racing reserve the right to refuse any return items if returned items can not be sold as "New".

7.       Refunds do not include freight and are subject to a restocking fee.

8.       No returns on special order items.

9.       All return authorization number expires 30 day from date issued.

10.    No returns after 30 days

We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site.
